The longer version
I am uniquely positioned at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strategic leadership: I moved from senior solutions architect and infrastructure engineer into executive management, and I bring hands-on architectural depth to every business-critical decision.
What I do
Seventeen years across cloud, infrastructure, solutions architecture, DevOps engineering, digital transformation and enterprise technology leadership. I have architected multimillion-dollar cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP, and driven large-scale transformation programs that modernize legacy ecosystems, cut operational cost and shorten time to market.
Today I lead Ford's product-development platform estate — Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE and everything around them — as the backbone of Project Synergy and the Universal EV Program, through a ~40-person organization of platform, architecture, DevOps, cloud and software engineers.
How I lead
- Build and scale high-performing global engineering teams, and establish a CI/CD culture with an everything-as-code mentality.
- Containerization and microservice frameworks at enterprise scale: I ran the platform that took Ford from under 200 to 12,000+ Cloud Run instances.
- Effective, sensible AI/LLM adoption inside large enterprises: portfolio strategy, governance frameworks, FinOps and MCP-based tooling that actually deflects support load.
- Align technical strategy with organizational objectives through rigorous stakeholder engagement, budget oversight and governance design.

In the lab
This site is built and shipped from my Proxmox home lab: compose-as-code stacks driven by Ansible from a Raspberry Pi control node, a hardened Caddy edge in a DMZ, and a LiteLLM gateway in front of the models I experiment with. The lab is where I try things before they reach work.
